The main content of the site revolves around the forums and has been in existence since 1995. At this point in time, we have a moderate sized group of experienced wine fans who are more than happy to share their vast experience without a bunch of attitude or snobbish pretentiousness. The non-forum areas of this site are all completely brand new. I am in the process of rebuilding the site to be a personal blog for me, Brad Harrington. It will include reviews and discussions involving food, wine and travel. Perhaps even some other topics. We will see. I'm not a very political person, so don't think you will see too much in that regard.
Cool site and idea. I’m not sure it this pertains, but I am involved with a festival that could only use more exposure. So if there is a events page or a story about traveling here that we could send, please let me know. It’s not like anyone really likes to travel to Big Sur… well, anyway, hope this finds some common ground.

Love your website!!
Like the new design, but the fading in of the pages does seem to slow it down a bit. Might be better to keep a static background image instead. Nicely done though – congrats on the new direction!
Thanks Mike. It seems fairly quick in Chrome and Firefox but is slower in IE.
